Meet the Owners
Reg Wayland – Reg began working in construction during the summers of his high school years learning the different trades alongside his father. From 1980 to 1989, Reg worked for a general contractor in Rockville, Maryland where he developed his expertise in construction as a superintendent and project manager, carpenter and master in concrete work and underpinning projects. Reg worked on large-scale construction projects such as the Potomac Mills Shopping Center in Dale City, Virginia; the Perry Store in Potomac, Maryland, a historical site that he and his team remodeled into a bank; the Hyundai and Subaru Dealerships in Rockville, Maryland; and the building of the Pepsi Cola plant in Cheverly, Maryland. Reg attributes his interest in establishing his construction and home improvement businesses to his many experiences in the field and his desire to carry on his father’s teachings that lead him to be an expert tradesman. Reg grew up in Annandale, Virginia and lives with his family in Springfield, Virginia.
Tom Camarca – Tom started his career in the construction industry in 1985 on the heels of graduating from high school in Alexandria, Virginia. Tom worked in the field as a subcontractor on new construction and home building projects in communities throughout the Northern Virginia area. Through these jobs, Tom developed expertise in residential framing, trim carpentry, and the overall building of homes from inception to their final construction. Up until the time that Tom began to work in his own business in the late 1980s, he dedicated his time on the weekends to working on various remodeling projects. Tom started his construction business directly as a result of this “side work” which offered him the opportunity to develop greater skills and most importantly, long-lasting relationships with customers, some of whom continue to work with Windows Plus today. Tom grew up in Annandale, Virginia and lives with his family in Marshall, Virginia.
Meet our Install Manager

Currently, Nam is the Install Manager for Windows Plus and is the resident expert on window and door installation. Nam draws from an extensive crew as the job requires. Nam’s philosophy is grounded in pride. At the start of every project, Nam says that he asks himself these questions: “I always think one more time before I make any decisions.
