Questions to ask when preparing budgets for windows, doors, and siding projects for commercial buildings

Are you a community manager, building manager or condo association looking to update, replace or repair windows, doors or siding in your building? Here are some questions to consider when preparing budgets for this type of project:

  • Do you have plans to make changes to your building soon?

  • If no, do you have an RFP prepared so that we can provide you with some preliminary numbers?

  • If no RFP, do you have a general idea of the count and size of the products you want to replace along with their requirements?

  • What year is your building and how many stories?

  • Is there a building engineer involved in your projects?

  • Who is financially responsible for these changes?

  • Do you have pictures of your building and an individual unit?

We welcome the chance to speak with the property managers about these projects and set up presentations for Board members and owners.

For more details on your building projects, contact us at or, 703-256-0600. We look forward to helping you improve your community with new windows, doors, and siding.
